(AhlulBayt News Agency) - In a message to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, the president expressed condolences over the death of a number of Azerbaijani citizens in a fire at a medical centre.
Dr Hassan Rouhani's message is as follows:

Dear Mr Ilham Aliyev,
Honourable President of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
The sad news of the death of a group of citizens of friend and brother country of the Republic of Azerbaijan at a fire in a medical centre caused great grief and sorrow.
Expressing condolences to my dear brother and sympathising with the families of the victims of this tragic, painful incident, I pray to the Almighty for your Excellency and the great people of the Republic of Azerbaijan's health and success.
